Block paving
Hard-wearing concrete blocks laid in herringbone on a compacted base. Easy to lift and repair if ever needed.
Good for: Busy family drives - Plan02
Resin drive
A smooth, resin-bound stone finish. Porous, so rain soaks through instead of running off.
Good for: Clean looks, front gardens - Plan03
Patio
Porcelain or natural stone, laid on a full mortar bed with a gentle fall away from the house.
Good for: Outdoor dining, back gardens - Plan04
Garden landscaping
New lawn, fencing, raised beds and paths, planned as one so the whole garden works.
Good for: Tired, overgrown gardens
Do you need planning for your drive?

Most drives fail from what's underneath. We dig out, build the base and sort the drainage before a single block goes down.

What changes the price of a drive or patio?
Every job is priced after we've seen the space. The main factors:
- 01The area, and how much has to be dug out and taken away
- 02The surface: block, resin, porcelain, stone or turf
- 03Drainage, levels and any steps or walls
- 04Kerbs, edging, lighting and planting
You get the price in writing before the digger arrives.

Ask a questionMost driveways take around a week, depending on size, the surface and the weather. Patios are often quicker. We give you a timeline with the quote.
Block paving is tough and easy to repair in patches. Resin-bound is smooth, porous and low-maintenance. We'll show you both and talk through what suits your drive.
For a front garden, not if the surface is porous or drains to a lawn or border. A non-porous drive over 5 square metres needs permission. Our checker above shows how it works.
